Stone & Skillet Lobster Roll


  • 1 Stone & Skillet Original English Muffin
  • 1.5 lb Lobster
  • Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonaise ( we like Hellman’s)
  • Butter
  • Old Bay Seasoning (optional)


  • Fill a large pot with water and turn on high heat
  • Pour in enough salt to make it as salty as the sea
  • Wait till boiling
  • Boil lobster for 8 minutes per pound (12 minutes for this recipe)
  • Pull lobster from the pot with tongs and plunge into ice water
  • Wait until lobster is cool and shell
  • Chop meat into 1/2 chunks and toss with mayonnaise
  • Spread butter on cut sides of muffin and toast on a skillet
  • Scoop lobster onto the muffin, dash with Old Bay, and top
  • Serve with chips
