American Cheeseburger


1 Stone & Skillet English Muffin

5oz beef patty pressed thin

3-4 Bread & butter pickles ( you can use dill, but trust us, B&Bs are the best!)

2 slices American cheese

1/4 onion sliced thin

2 T Russian dressing

1/2 T horseradish

  • Mix Russian dressing and horseradish and set aside
  • Preheat skillet to med-high
  • Season beef patty with salt and pepper on both sides
  • Drop patty into pan and cook for 4 minutes
  • Flip patty over and top with shaved onions and cheese
  • Cook for an additional 4 minutes
  • While burger is cooking, spread sauce on top and the bottom muffin.
  • Top bottom muffin with pickles
  • Place burger on top of bottom bun and top with muffin
