Orange & Cranberry Bread Pudding

6 Stone & Skillet Orange & Cranberry English Muffins

2 Tablespoons melted butter

6 eggs, beaten

3 cups milk

1 1/4 cup white sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Cut English Muffins into 1/2 inch cubes and put into 8×8 square baking dish
  • Drizzle butter over bread
  • In a medium size mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract
  • Pour over English Muffins and push down with a fork to help the muffins soak up the egg mixture
  • Cook in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding springs back with you push it down.
  • Serve plain or with vanilla ice cream
